Background Information: 

Lei He obtained BSEE from Fudan University and Ph.D. in computer science from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and is now Chair Professor of the Eastern Institute of Technology, Ningbo. He authored Advanced Model Order Reduction Techniques for VLSI Designs and published over 300 conference papers and journal articles with more than ten thousand citations according to Google Scholar. His research interests include EDA, Computer Architecture, FPGA, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Twins for Sustainability and Health. He is currently associate editor of CIE Journal of Semiconductors, was associate editor for many academic journals including IEEE Transactions on Design Automation of VLSI Circuits and Systems and served on the committees of numerous international conferences.
