一、导师简介

Dr. David Keezer specializes in the design and test of ultra-high speed multi-GHz electronic systems. He is mainly engaged in research in the field of electronics design and testing methods for high-speed (GHz-THz) digital ICs and systems, with emphasis on accurate timing control in the picosecond and femtosecond range.  His expertise is also in IC advanced packaging, including micro-BGA, chiplets, laser-programming of ultra-large-scale ICs, and test methods for known-good-die (KGD).

Dave’s lab in China currently has measurement capability with 70 GHz bandwidth (extendable to 100 GHz) and digital signal generation up to 56 Gbps NRZ using SiGe ICs with ~9ps logic transitions and very low (~200fs) jitter. He is currently planning to extend this capability to 112 Gbps NRZ and ~200 Gbps using PAM4.

Dave is an IEEE Fellow since 2010, and he has worked for George Tech about 30 years, and industrial experience at IBM and Intel.  He has published over 270 articles on advanced testing methods.  And now, he is a Chair Professor in EIT in Ningbo, China.

二、招聘计划

（一）招聘方向：

1）高速数字集成电路设计与测试；

2）超高速逻辑系统设计和先进电子封装研究；

3）高速数字电路容错设计。

（二）招聘人数：2-3人（全职博后）

三、招聘对象

（一）年龄一般不超过35周岁，近3年内已取得或即将取得博士学位；

（二）要求电子与电气工程、电子科学与技术等相关专业；

（三）具有良好的学术背景，较强的独立科研能力，以第一作者或通讯作者发表过高水平文章或主持国家、省部级科研项目的优先考虑；

（四）具有良好的英文阅读、交流及写作能力，良好的团队协作与沟通协调能力。

四、薪资福利待遇

（一）综合年薪税前40-60万元（含地方政府博士后在站生活补助）；

（二）缴纳五险一金、带薪年假、节假日福利，优先支持申请政府人才公寓（可拎包入住）；

（三）在站期间可向地方政府申请最高不超过20万元的科研经费资助；

（四）对获得中国博士后科学基金资助和省级博士后科研项目资助的，宁波市给予各类项目1:1配套经费支持；

（五）博士后出站留甬工作的，可享受最高不超过60万元的补贴。
